Once restored, this architectural gem covered a city block and set the standard of high quality workmanship by Fortune Management. Now known as City Venture One, this is the cornerstone of Kokomo's revitalization. In the next year, Fortune Management purchased 19 properties in downtown Kokomo, moving the revitalization mission to a new level.
