Norma Cooper is a high-integrity and driven bilingual employee benefit professional with a passion for community involvement. Beginning her career in 1995, with more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, Norma specializes in a wide variety of funding mechanisms for employee benefits plans, including self-funding and Reference Based Pricing. She brings expertise in benefits administration, communication, regulatory compliance, utilization management, complex presentations, contract negotiations and project management. Norma has spent her professional career in marketing, sales and account management of small, large, national employers and multiple-employer trusts.
